Iglu acts as a travel agent for many tour operators, further details of which will be made available at the time of booking. Where Iglu acts as an agent, your contract will be with the operator by whose terms and conditions you will be bound.

Terms and Conditions

1. Price Match Guarantee applies to identical holidays to the one booked. ie Same departure date, no.of passengers, duration, accommodation, tour operator etc.
2. Price Match Guarantee applies to basic holiday cost only and is not applicable to added extras.
3. You must contact us before confirming your holiday from Iglu with reasonable verifiable proof to be eligible for the holiday price to be matched.
4. Iglu.com Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
5. The lead booker must make the claim.
6. Price Match is only available on new bookings.
